Biała farba podkładowa?

Panowie ta śniezka supermal akrylowa do podkładu to lepiej bialy jedwabisty połysk czy biały mat?

W zasadzie to bez róznicy robiac na koncu bezbarwnym i tak bedzie połysk po klarze.

Panowie , ponawiam pytanie kolegi z przed 4 lat, czym potraktować woblery z żywicy po papierze ściernym i przed malowaniem żeby zakryć nierówności a jednocześnie nie zakrywać detali?  Próbowałem nakladac po 2-3 warstwy białej akrylowej aerografem ale nic to nie daje, dalej widać ślady po papierze i po wlewie.

To jakiego Ty papieru używasz, że zostają ślady?

Dobierz papier tak żeby zniwelował nierówności, a później przeszlifuj dużo drobniejszym.

Farba podkładowa żeby wyrównać musi być gęsta, ale wtedy detale też zakrywa.

Pozostaje szlifowanie i ewentualnie szpachla.

Nie wiem czy to widać, ale nawet po przejechaniu 180-240-400-1000  zostają w miejscu wlewu takie pęcherzyki (mikrobalon?)  nie idzie się tego pozbyć.

Kup sobie farbę elewacyjną białą, przemaluj pędzelkiem i po wyschnięciu przetrzyj papierem ściernym.

Chyba że wolisz szpachlę, to samochodowa będzie idealna.

Nie wiem czy to widać, ale nawet po przejechaniu 180-240-400-1000  zostają w miejscu wlewu takie pęcherzyki (mikrobalon?)  nie idzie się tego pozbyć.

 

Nie kupuj puszki farby i pędzli , zrób tak:

1. Jeśli finalnie tego nie widać na korpusie po malowaniu i lakierowaniu to zostaw jak jest. Im lakier jest świeższy (rzadszy), tym większa szansa, że nie będzie potrzeby nic z tym robić.

2. Jeśi wychodzą pęcherzyki przy lakierowaniu to zagruntuj, np. Lakierem do paznokci. Ja daję na pomalowany korpus przed zanurzeniem.

 

Spróbuj tego sposobu, jeśli nie zadziała to odezwij się na priv, napiszę Ci o kilku innych.

Hello everyone, I am from Argentina and I make PU foam lures, the biggest problem we have is giving a white base and being able to cover all the microbubbles.

I am using two component automotive primer.

 

I heard a lot of you use nitro paint. Nistrosyncetics? or nitrocellusose? Immersion? or spray?

I would like to read from you guys how to solve this problem.

I do lot of lures, so, do a process one by one, by hand, its not the best option. 

Acctualy my new goal will be do immersion to 60 lures at the same time.

I think first Your PU lures must dry/breath about few week after molding. It’s for that the PU component’s evaporate from lure’s surface.

Next step, wash/degrease lure from wax or another separator You used.

Cellulose primer can’t be too thick. Better when is thin and apply more thin coat few times. The bubbles needs time and thin surface to flow up and desapear.

 

I hope Your lure’s surface is made at high quality and they are polished like lure’s mold.

Creo que primero sus señuelos de PU deben secarse/respirar unas pocas semanas después del moldeo. Es para que los componentes de PU se evaporen de la superficie del señuelo.

El siguiente paso, lave/desengrase el señuelo de la cera u otro separador que haya utilizado.

La imprimación de celulosa no puede ser demasiado espesa. Es mejor cuando es fina y aplique una capa más fina varias veces. Las burbujas necesitan tiempo y una superficie fina para fluir y desaparecer.

 

Espero que la superficie de su señuelo sea de alta calidad y que esté pulida como el molde del señuelo.

Final result are still good, but i need to make the process easyer and faster.

You need lure holder and a big paint container to do immersion with more lures at the same time

You also need any stand to lay and dry the lure holders.

Any idea for lure holers? Im making a machine semiautomatic for immersion.

25 spring’s screwed up to steel rod. 40 rods on the pod and You have 1000 pcs. To hand work.
