When inventory comes in your order will be updated and as we get to you in the line of pre-orders you will be able to track once shipped.

Na stronie nie mozna juz zamowic kamer. Jest napisane, ze pierwsza partia zostala juz w calkowicie wysprzedana i kolejna dopiero we wrzesniu. Cos mi sie wydaje, ze mozemy byc jednymi z pierwszych w PL, ktorzy beda uzywac tych kamerek.

We can’t wait to see your awesome footage once you receive your cameras.

 

A lot of you have asked what is going on with your order. As our previous communication, and website has said for a while now, our first inventory was expected to arrive end of May. We have received confirmation from our Manufacturers that the first batch of cameras are soon on the way, but will be landing in late June (a month later than initially anticipated). Once inventory comes in, we will start shipping cameras.  Cameras will be prioritized and shipped in the order they came in. For example, if you were the first person to order a camera, you will get yours first.

If you have been trying to track your order through your confirmation email, you won’t find the information as of yet. As soon as the inventory lands, we will process your order, and you will then receive an email with tracking information including shipment and delivery tracking. Again, we are expecting this to be late June.  We appreciate your patience!

 

As a token of appreciation for your patience, the GoFish Cam will be sent to you with a FREE accessory.  The accessory fits around the GoFish Cam and acts as a bobber.  Since the camera sits above water with the accessory, you can stream live footage right to your mobile phone - cool, right!  

 

As we start to fulfill the pre-orders over the next month or so, keep your eye out for our newsletters.  Once we’ve fulfilled all orders, we’ll be conducting cool contests for the best fishing footage with BIG prizes.

Czekam z niecierpliwoscia kiedy bede mógł zapuscić za łódka....

Nie ma co się spinać, w mailu jak byk jest napisane, że na koniec czerwca.

Zamawiając każdy znał temat i poniósł ryzyko, szczególnie te ponaglania obciążają Maćka, bo jak mniemam on w tej sprawie nic nie może zrobić oprócz komunikacji mailowej a te maile, które dostał nam przedłożył.

Hi GoFish Cam Community, 

We are very close to shipping GoFish Cam. 

Unfortunately, we are still waiting on a few parts from our suppliers before we can finalize assembly and production. We are being diligent in communicating with our vendors to minimize further delay. They have assured us that the parts are coming ASAP! 

We know you’re waiting patiently and so are we. 

You will be getting the GoFish Cam very soon!

 

Some additional information: 

• Parts have started to arrive, but we can’t finalize assembly until ALL parts have landed. To save time, while we wait on the remaining parts, we are starting quality assurance on the arrived parts. Our manufacturing partners are reaching out to the suppliers to find out EXACT dates for the remaining parts to arrive. We will update you with those dates once we hear back from the suppliers. We anticipate some shipments of parts to arrive before others. 

• To further save time, we are finalizing assembly and production for an initial batch of units as soon as the parts arrive. We will spend an additional 3-5 days running quality assurance tests once assembled, and once finished, we will ship out this initial batch to Kickstarter backers. 

• After running quality assurance on the initial batch, the remaining units will be produced. It will take another 1-2 week to produce and test the rest. We will then prepare them for shipment as well! This will complete ALL crowdfunded orders.

We are about 4 weeks from shipping products (a couple later than we were hoping when we placed the order - As our last update said we expected June 26 - July 7). We will get confirmation on these remaining parts and then send everyone the revised date once we hear from the vendors.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will be locking in shipping addresses in two weeks! If you need to update your shipping address, please email ba@gofishcam.com for instructions on how to update. 

We are so close to shipping and can’t wait to get these units out to you!

Sorki,źle przeczytałem odn update.Oni mieli mieć update informacji od dostawców na koniec czerwca.

Nie denerwuj sie tak mocno-owszem wiedziałem na co się piszę ale Ty pewnie zdajesz sobie sprawe, że ludzie się lekko niecierpliwią,producenci na pewno tez, więc jakies info z ich strony nie byłoby chyba gruba przesadą.

Hi GoFish Cam Community,

Great news! This past week, the first batch of GoFish Cams shipped from our manufacturing facility to our office in Austin, TX for us to start shipping out! They will be going out this week. More inventory will be shipping out 2 weeks after this first batch. If you are part of the first batch you will be receiving a direct private message. If not, your units are on their way very soon!!

Some awesome updates about these units: 

The production housings are 12% lighter than the prototypes 
They have all passed the 150 meters pressure testing 
They have all passed both hot and cold stress tests to verify integrity.

In other great news, we attended ICAST the other week to showcase the unit and the app to people in the industry. Everyone’s response was fantastic! They thought the product looked great and functioned great too. They also really liked the mobile application and the ability to review footage right away or live stream with the live stream float accessory!

With that said, reviews are what we live by so we can continue to serve our customers. When you do receive your GoFish Cams, we will be sending along very short and simple surveys and would appreciate your feedback. As we mentioned in previous updates, you are the first customers to ever receive these products, so before starting to ship to anyone else we will wait to hear your feedback. If it’s positive we will launch in full force, and if you guys have any great suggestions, we would love to hear about that too.

We can fully appreciate your patience during this process and glad you had our backs. We will always have yours in return.

We can’t wait to get these units out to you!

Ciekawe jak to sie skończy. Niestety czasem tak jak z Amber Gold  ale to rzadko się zdarza i każdy znał ryzyko. Jest ryzyko jest zabawa

Zrobiliśmy zamówienie w 9 osób i tylko Ty bez przerwy się upominasz i piszesz jakieś durne wiadomości. Nie możesz tak jak pozostali (w tym ja) cierpliwie czekać?

Myślisz, że jakbym otrzymał kamery to bym siedział cicho?

Z całym szacunkiem  ale to Ty stajesz się irytujący.To że kto inny nic nie pisze nic nie znaczy-wg Ciebie mam czekać do końca roku?

Wkleiłes ich mail (kolejny) w którym deklarują jedno ale nie wywiązują sie z tego co napisali.Nie twierdze że to twoja wina ale jesli jesteś sfrustrowny nie wylewaj tego na mnie człowieku.I troszke szacunku poprosze chyba że wyjasnisz co jest w moich wiadomościach durnego.

Podaj nr zamówienia i sprawdze sobie na ich stronie jesli taki jestes zajęty.
